How does prepayment work and what does "payment period 7 days" mean?
For prepayment, you transfer the amount within 7 days. As soon as the payment has been received, we will process your order according to availability and ship it from our Swiss warehouse.
Can I pay with Apple Pay / Google Pay?
Yes – if wallets are available in your checkout, you can select Apple Pay or Google Pay and pay with your device.
I have a problem paying – what can I do?
